At River Hills Health and Rehabilitation, we have exactly what you need to get stronger so you can get back to living! Spacious, semi-private rooms offer a comfortable stay while you work with therapy to reach your goals.
Therapy
Our rehab team has over 30 years of combined experience. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy! All therapy plans are catered specifically to patient needs.
Skilled nursing
Our facility is staffed 24/7 with LVNs, RNs, and CNAs. They are no strangers to high acuity needs and are well-versed in taking care of patients at all stages of their lives. We also have NPs available and can do most diagnostic tests in-house.
long term care
If you or your loved one is needing long term care, we have an entire wing dedicated to residents that come to live with us. They are like family to us and we treat them as such!
